The infrastructure currently assumed to scale into AGI is brittle. It is optimised to predict, not to metabolise implication before acting. It is rewarded for fluency, not for restraint. Under pressure, that brittleness becomes dangerous.

Field-Native AI is built on a different premise: intelligence must metabolise implication before it is permitted to express consequence. This is not a feature upgrade. It is a responsibility upgrade.
